Applicants must be sixteen years of age or over

The Lottery Club primarily comprises of EIGHT NEWSLETTERS and a NATIONAL LOTTERY SYNDICATE for the eight week duration. Accordingly, £18 of the £26 subscription will be spent on National Lottery Lotto tickets, and £8 on the eight weekly newsletters.

The syndicate consists of a total of eight Saturday National Lottery lotto draws over eight weeks.

A list of all the syndicate's lines of entry shall be sent to every member prior to the draws.

Any winnings paid to the syndicate shall be distributed equally amongst the members within approximately 14 days of the end of the Series. A credit note shall be issued for the sum due, which can be used in whole or part, with no deductions, against membership of the next Series. The credit note can be exchanged for a cheque in full settlement; however, the cheque (no matter how small or large the sum) shall be subject to a £1 charge to cover our administration, banking charges and postage costs. Other than this reasonable sum to cover expenses, the syndicate is not being run for profit or as a trade and there shall be no commission deducted from any winnings.

The Club accepts no responsibility for any omissions or errors, howsoever arising.

Due to postal restrictions, no overseas memberships are accepted.

Payments (sterling) are accepted by cheque or postal order only (please make payable to "The Lottery Club").
